DIYA DECORATION ACTIVITY.

To celebrate the joyous spirit of Diwali, our JR. KG. & SR. KG. children participated in a fulfilled Diya Decoration Activity. The little ones were full of excitement and creativity as they transformed simple clay diyas into colourful works of art.

Using paints, glitter, sequins, bindis and decorative materials, each child expressed their imagination and joy through their unique designs. The activity not only helped the children to learn about the significance of diyas during Diwali but also enhanced their fine motor skills, creativity and sense of colour.

The decorated diyas reflected the festive cheer and the children’s enthusiasm lit up the classroom with happiness and pride. Children were happy to share the colours, glitters, glue, etc. with their classmates. They were very happy to help each other in decorating the diyas.

It was truly heart-warming to see the creativity and the efforts of the little ones and their glowing smiles as they proudly displayed their decorated diyas. This activity also helped the children to understand the true meaning of Diwali – Light over darkness and joy for all.

A delightful Fancy Dress Competition was organized for our Nursery kids on the theme “Fruits and Vegetables.” The tiny tots came dressed as colourful and healthy fruits and vegetables, spreading the important message of healthy eating in a fun way.

The children looked adorable as they confidently walked on the stage dressed as apples, carrots, tomatoes, watermelons, mangoes and many more. Each child introduced themselves in a few words, which not only added charm to the event but also boosted their confidence and speaking skills.

The main aim of the competition was to encourage creativity, build stage confidence and make children aware of the importance of including fruits and vegetables in their daily diet. The enthusiasm of the little ones and the efforts of the parents and teachers made the event a great success.

The day was filled with colours, smiles and excitement, leaving behind the sweet message –

“Eat Healthy, Stay Healthy!”
